Nothing to brag about

Its a recorder that does some editing. Its the same as the recorder which comes with the iPhone but does less. In spite of the tutorials, I cant transfer files to my PC. Contacting customer support is worthless. They dont have the courtesy to reply. I will use my own method to transfer files and continue to use the iPhone Voice recorder for my current and future recordings. At least I can retreive them via iTunes.
